Very pretty location and great value contrasted with other options. Very good place with helpful staff. I had twin room which was well-organised, extra large bed. I enjoyed the great food in the hotel. A wonderful beach, panoramic view.

Countryside location and cute views, flexible staff and exceptional service. Eggs, hot waffles and cheese for breakfast were all yummy. Location just next door to retail park, kings Lynn centre, cafe.

I really enjoyed this affordable hotel, good value. Staff was responsive, breakfast was gorgeous with fruit, hardboiled eggs, hot waffles and cheese. Perfect view of harbour. Tea/coffee and good Internet worked well and the bed was lovely. Incredible service was provided here too.

My stay was perfectly pleasant here. Spotless hotel, fab central location, useful staff. A short walk to the secluded beach. Besides, property was 3 km away from a Seahenge gallery. There was a busy bar with marvellous service. Relaxed by the pool, it was excellent, especially when the weather was very warm.
Views appeared to be not so good.

I enjoyed my stay, it was peaceful! Exceptionally good location, amazing bed, generous breakfast. Extremely pleasant extremely pleasant room, free WiFi, climate control and balcony were appreciated. Service was good, staff - mostly pleasant. Plus their wifi was efficient.

Everything was VERY GOOD there, including location and staff. We loved our large room. Great to be 300 metres away from Subway Hardwick, enjoyed our meal there.

Suitable accommodation for one night. This is a very good place to stay, it has lovely service and food. Meals where gorgeous and reasonably priced. Appreciated the queen room and the way it was setup.
